The Rye and Spelt loaf is mixed and formed by hand and is baked in a loaf pan for a rectangular loaf bread. The grains used in this loaf are organic rye and organic spelt flour (less gluten) and is a truly wheat free bread. This is a traditional rye with caraway and sunflower seeds. It has a long fermentation time giving it great flavor. The Rye has the longest shelf life and is meant to be sliced very thin (like a cracker). Its wonderful paired with cheeses & jams.
